Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

Because we print-to-order, orders generally take 2-4 business days to print and leave the warehouse. Once shipped shipping times vary from 3-8 business days (US) or 4-12 business days (international).

Do I get a tracking number?

99% of destinations qualify for a tracking number. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email from our shipping provider with the tracking details.

Where do your products ship from?

We have two order fulfillment centers, both in the United States. All of our products are printed in USA and shipped from USA.

Only part of my order arrived, what do I do?

We use two USA-based warehouses. One ships tees and sweatshirts, the other ships socks, hats and crop tees. If you only have received part of your order it’s likely that the rest is on its way from the other warehouse. Check you emails for a secondary email with another tracking number or wait a few days and the remainder should show up soon.

I got two emails with two different tracking numbers, why?

We use two USA-based warehouses. One ships tees and sweatshirts, the other ships socks, hats and crop tees. It’s likely that your order had to be fulfilled from both warehouses so you’ll receive two packages for the one order. Shipping times should be roughly the same (within a few days) for both packages.

I live outside of USA, will there be customs/duties/fees on my order?

International shipments may incur customs fees or taxes depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

What kind of quality are your products?

We use premium brand white-label apparel for all of our prints including Next Level, American Apparel and Anvil. Comfort is key!

One of my products arrived with marks/smudges/smell, what do I do?

Because we print-to-order, in rare occasions there can be small scuffs, dirt marks or ink smell left from the production process. We recommend you wash any tee, sweatshirt, socks before wearing. If there’s still problems after washing, contact us describing the issue (attach photos if you can) and we’ll be happy to ship you a new one.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

If you get to us soon after ordering (within 24 hours in most cases) we should be able to cancel your order and refund you money. However, because we print-to-order, once the production process has begun we can no longer cancel your order.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us asap and we should be able to change the shipping address if the shipping has not been arranged already.

If you want to add or remove a product, contact us asap (generally within a day) and we should be able to make the changes.

I decided I want to return a product, can I?

Unfortunately, because we print to order we can’t accept returns for products without defects. However send us an email and we’ll see what we can do for you.
